Study, reflect, apply, and be recognized for the work you complete.
Every element of this program exists so that a woman can study, reflect, and then actually apply what she has learned.
Twelve elements, working together.
- Self-paced modules
- Interactive online workbooks
- Private journals
- Reflection exercises
- Practical implementation challenges
- Video and audio instruction
- Downloadable resources
- Live Zoom sessions
- Progress tracking
- Mentor or administrator feedback
- Community conversations
- Completion recognition
A lesson is finished when it has been applied, not when it has been opened.
Opening a lesson or starting a video never marks it complete. Completion follows the requirements set for that lesson.
- Lesson title and learning objective
- Every lesson states plainly what it is for.
- Teaching content
- Written instruction you can read at your own pace.
- Scripture or wisdom principle
- A brief reference anchoring the lesson.
- Key points and practical examples
- The short version, and what it looks like in real life.
- Video, audio, image, or downloadable resource
- Added by an administrator wherever it serves the lesson.
- Reflection questions
- Private questions for honest thinking.
- Interactive workbook activity
- Saved against your account, not a downloaded file.
- Private journal prompt
- Visible only to you unless you choose to share it.
- Practical implementation challenge
- One measurable action to carry out.
- Completion requirements
- What must be finished before a lesson counts as done.

The interactive workbook
Every activity connects to your account, the right course, module, lesson, and question. Responses save as you type, keep their formatting, and never create duplicates. You can submit for review or keep working, and nothing is scored as right or wrong.
The private journal
A daily place to record what you learned, what challenged you, what you handled well, and what you would do differently. The default is private to you. An entry becomes visible to a mentor only when you deliberately choose to share that entry.
Journal content is never analysed, summarised, scored, or profiled by automated tools.
Progress and recognition
Progress is calculated from completed lessons, answered workbook questions, submitted assignments, and completed implementation challenges. It is worked out from your records, never estimated.
